  This McDonald's does not open their lobby in the morning. The hours posted says it is supposed to be, but they are mostly locked. If you don't want to go through the drive through, don't stop. Go next door to Chick-fil-A.

  Tha frappe went up 2 for 17 dollars that's over no more that's all I would get and fish don't waste your time the fish. should be on kids meal

  Took over 20 minutes for my order. I Had to send the young man back for multiple items and was told last minute the sugar machine was not working. Training is not leaving someone for the wolves. Ensuring quality training will produce productive employees who keep customers happy.

  The hispanic shift lead that was working on 04/01 during night shift is very unprofessional. Im not sure of how she got the job but she does not have customer service skill or know how to do her job accurately. My order did not have all items and when i traveled back to get those items, i was met with her attitude vs an apology for my inconvenience of their mistake. With her attitude, she definitely need to be working with the kids because she carries herself just like one not like an adult who is in the customer service business. This location doesnt have to worry about getting my money again. I just need my refund for their negligence of the $30 order i placed!
