  I normally don't bother to leave negative reviews but I had to in this instance. This morning I was craving a Nova lox bagel and I drove out of my way to this location. I checked my bag before I left and I had no idea that I needed to actually check the bagel too! After a 20-minute drive home, I opened my bagel to find that it barely had cream cheese on it (zoom in and look at the edges), way too many onions, and no capers at all! Thankfully, I had a jar of capers in my refrigerator. I was going to just add the cream cheese from my refrigerator but it was expired. This was very disappointing. I went to that location last week and the Nova lox bagel was excellent. 😥 P.S. There were actually more onions but I pulled some off and threw them in the trash before I took this photo.

  The young lady who took our orders was wonderful, my mother and husband enjoyed their bagels, he had the farmhouse and she had the tomato and avocado bagel. I had the avocado toast bagel and it was bland( someplace just smear avocado some actually season it) none the less it was fresh !

  Was pleasantly surprised to see this new location so I stopped in and was immediately greeted by Ty & Yanna. Two very sweet ladies who were friendly, social, welcoming, and provided great customer service. That, combined with a fresh and delicious breakfast sandwich that they made, provided the setting for a great day! Thank you for the smiles and great customer service!

  This was my first time here and I met these two incredible employees Ty and Anna. Their energy was a breath of fresh air, they are the types of employees that if I owned a traditional brick and mortar business I would ask them to come work for me… lol 😜 Ty and Anna, you guys are ROCKSTARS stay blessed and keep giving customers that good food, good energy and great service!! I’ll definitely be coming back and it’s because of you two ✌🏽

  The Service here is always extremely excellent… Everyone here the spite of who is here is always pleasant and nice and welcoming. You can’t even get in the door real good without some white greeting you I always leave out laughing and smiling making my morning. Just a little bit better. Great job guys. See you next week.
