  I love this Dunkin doughnuts in fairburn I could cry 🙏🏽we are so blessed to have one so close to home , this spot is busy in the morning yet the staff GETS THE JOB DONE and that what matters.it could be a long line yet that line is fastly tooken care of which makes me choose this location I love everyone in there and I’m just a customer and they don’t even know . I always get a frozen hot chocolate with oat milk and Oreos I could cry happy tears every time they hand it over …THEY ROCKKKKKK EVERYDAY

  They are extremely rude will rush you to order and if you don’t order fast enough will tell you that you need to come inside to order as if there are not people that is handicap and cannot come inside. How rude and insensitive is it for you to tell someone that they’re taking too long to order and that they need to come inside if they need more time. Spoke with the manager all she did was apologize and said that the person is new and she will talk with them .

  I have to give credit where it’s due, since this has opened, it’s been such a game changer. Busy and all, they still make sure that they push out coffee at a pretty fast rate. Make sure you’re respectful to the employees who still take their time to come to work!

  I am done with this location. I order my iced coffee the same way every single time with either myself or my husband picking up the coffee. This is the 4th time within one week that my coffee has been absolutely terrible. This time when I approached the drive thru window, I saw that the coffee was absolutely too light and asked if it had been made with only coffee milk and the butter pecan syrup, and NO cream. She asked did I want both the coffee milk and cream and I replied no, that’s why I’m asking because it looks too light. She proceeds to tell me that it’s made in a cup then poured over ice (I don’t understand what that had to do with anything) instead of offering to remake it. I tasted the coffee and it was awful and I just purchased a hot coffee on the side to try to fix it myself and of course I didn’t get my receipt.
