- BRBrian RoyeaSep 9, 20261.0Showed up at 8:15 with my wife and kids, to a locked door. It closes at 9 so that’s unacceptable to begin with. Not to mention the staff that ignores the store front. Then i look at reviews and see this is common here. Corporate doesnt seem to care based on the fact that a few months ago they responded to a similar complaint and said theyd handle it yet here we are. Unfortunate because we love Jimmy Johns.

- CCchantallSep 4, 20261.0I ordered curbside pickup today and received a notification that my order was ready. I waited about 10 minutes after getting the notification, but no one brought my order out. I eventually went inside and let the cashier know I was there for a curbside order. The cashier was very kind and helpful, and I want to make it clear that I have no issue with her at all. I actually apologize to her if my frustration came across as being directed toward her. What was frustrating was that my order was simply sitting on the back counter the entire time. Another employee, a woman wearing glasses, was busy making food and seemed frustrated, explaining that they were trying to get everything done. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, and I don't expect employees to drop everything during a rush. However, if the app says my order is READY and the restaurant offers curbside pickup, I expect someone to bring the order outside rather than leaving it sitting inside until things slow down. If I had known I would have to come inside and wait for someone to notice my order, I wouldn't have chosen curbside pickup in the first place. I understand being busy, but the curbside service should still be followed through when an order is marked ready. Hopefully this can be addressed so customers choosing curbside aren't left waiting outside for an order that's already completed and sitting inside.
