- TGTabitha Grant4 days ago3.0$9 for this tiny sack of fries in THIS economy??? I'm not giving 1 star because when my sister called the store, they did correct the issue but we shouldn't have to come back to begin with. How is this a large? Y'all used to dump extra fries in the bag on top of the cups for added value. This is not a good look at all, especially when the food here is already so expensive.

- RDRanjit DhaliwalApr 19, 20261.0Ran some errands today and my wife asks me to drop in to pick up a cheeseburger. I particularly detest pickles and ordered mine without. Also no bacon ordered on either. I picked it up and drove home. Upon opening the bag both burgers were packed with pickles AND bacon. I called them and asked them to grill me a new one and that I will drive back to pick it up. The "Manager" went all rude and aggressive on me over the order THEY screwed up and I had to wait 15-20 min while they slow walked the replacement. The line cook (whose pants were magically suspended well below his underwear) chimed in with the Manager and both talked very loudly and caught the attention of the other customers waiting..the gentleman next to me wished me luck as he left and I told the manager in entirely conversation tone, and without resorting to cussing (which I am entirely capable of), that his behavior was inappropriate given that it was entirely an error on THEIR part. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and such street behavior in a restaurant setting. I will NEVER use this Evans location again and will file a formal complaint to the owner of this franchise. All three young workers don't deserve a job there and the older cleaning lady concurred that they were entirely inappropriate.
