  They have reduced the portions sizes significantly. Im paying almost $20 for half a bowl. I don't know if its the economy or the new cava location next door, but please fix it.

  My son has severe allergies to eggs, nuts, wheat and dairy, the manager TajMarie, makes sure her staff follows the allergy protocols very seriously, which is very much appreciated! There are very few places he feels safe to eat, the Evans Chipotle is one of them. The staff is always professional and courteous, I highly recommend this location!

  The greedy prices keep on going up and the food quality going down!! Got steak burrito with guacamole and a fountain drink for $20.00!!! The meet was nasty and full of un chewable cartilage and skin and was not even cooked well, I doubt if it is even beef!!! $3.00 for a little guacamole and $3.29 for coke is really too much even during this inflation!! That’s why they are not busy like they used to! No more business with chipotle.

  We found 2 traces of plastic out of my bowl. (Left bowl). Thankfully I didn’t eat any(I think). I hope they learn from this mistake. Thank you.

  No issues with service or the worker just food quality. I’ve given this Chipotle Mexican Grill location a few chances, but there are some consistent issues that need attention. The biggest concern is the chicken. On more than one visit, it didn’t seem fully cooked,,,,, there was visible pink in the center, which is a food safety issue. Other times, the chicken had a lot of unexpected textures (jiggly or odd pieces that didn’t seem like standard cuts), which can be really off-putting. Better quality control and trimming would make a big difference here. The rice has also been inconsistent. It often tastes under-seasoned and overly wet, almost mushy. Even adding salt afterward doesn’t fix the flavor, which suggests it’s being prepared incorrectly. I like Chipotle overall, but this location specifically needs to improve food quality and consistency, especially with chicken preparation and rice. I’ll be avoiding this Chipotle because I hate spending almost $20 for a bowl with an extra scoop of chicken only to be disappointed in the quality of it’s preparation.
