  I never really leave reviews but I came in almost as soon as they open and they were so nice. I feel like most of the time when you go into a place as soon as they open the workers can be frustrated just because they are still opening and it’s early in the morning and stuff. However everyone was super kind. I wish I got her name but the girl who took my order (white & brunette) was great! Super accommodating and whatever they are paying her is not enough. great experience and compared to other chipotle locations in this area this one is the best!!!

  TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ive been here before, most of the time its fine, but today was awful. Ordered a bowl on the app, when I came to pick it up, it was almost EMPTY. So so empty, and the worker was insanely rude. Didn’t say anything when he opened the window just raised his eyebrows, he asked what i wanted to drink, i told him coke zero and he purposely filled up the drink HALF WAY literally half way no joke and put maybe 3 ice cubes, put a lid on WITH NO STRAW and handed me the drink before quickly slamming the window. I went inside and made my own drink cause this shit is NOT CHEAP. I didn’t do anything wrong and this is not okay.

  We walked in as a party of nine with plenty of time before closing. The moment we entered, the employee behind the counter began loudly laughing and clapping in an exaggerated way. It immediately made our group feel unwelcome and gave the clear impression that serving us was an inconvenience. We remained polite, but the experience was uncomfortable from the start. Customer service should never make guests feel like they’re a burden. Corporate needs to be aware of how customers are being treated at this location. Update: I feel as though they have dismissed my concerns with an “I’m sorry this happened email”. I’ve tried reaching out to higher management, but no one has responded to my emails as of yet…

  Came in 2hrs before they close they had a full line of people right when I started ordering the lady was taking full tubs of ingredients out and putting it in the back and I was telling the guy the ingredients that she took is what i wanted on my bowl, he went to tell the lady and she told him to just tell me they're out, even though it was full. I told the guy making my bowl I just saw it full and he just said idk man we're out. Terrible service
