  The girl who took my food order.. you did a good job with trying to make it better.. but ditch the aggressive over stimulated worker who yells at other employees. They even said hey there is a client and she went I DONT GIVE A F*** ABOUT THAT CLIENT...... like I just wanted a taco.... this is a Chipotle.. not a Highschool lol. As adults there should be better emotional regulation especially at a work place. 😒

  I was extremely tired and decided to use the pickup/drive-thru option, even though I normally prefer going inside because of the horror stories I’ve heard about pickup orders. Unfortunately, this experience was awful. My order had been ready for at least 20 minutes, yet I still waited another 10 minutes before receiving it. The employee handed me my food and walked away from the window without saying anything. I waited patiently because I wanted to purchase additional sauce, but she never came back, so I eventually had to blow my horn. When she finally acknowledged me, her attitude and facial expression made me feel like I was bothering her. She told me they had no sauce available, closed the window, and walked away. Then, when I got home, I realized my burrito was completely missing from my order. The long wait, poor customer service, and missing food made this a very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be using pickup at this location again.

  There were five people working behind the counter. Only one person was serving all the customers. One worker kept walking back and forth and saw that there was a line. I hope they do better in the future. Management needs to review their current service practices.

  Worst Chipotle restaurant I have ever been to! I have been to over 50 different stores throughout various states and usually enjoy the food but this location had very poor teamwork, inadequate customer service and the employees were even rude to each other! No one smiled and they did not look happy working there. The regional manager needs to address this and retrain the employees!

  This will be my last time giving this location a try. The first time I came there were 5 or 6 people standing around. Not A SINGLE person said hello or can we help you…. They were joking around with each other as we were literally standing at the counter… after standing there for a few minutes, my daughter and I left. Today ( 8/24 11am) a similar encounter, I walked in NOT ONE PERSON SAID HELLO… everyone is walking around in the background…. After about 2-3 minutes and young lady comes from the back and ask what did I need… what I needed wasn’t even cooked an… so the store is open but it will be another 30-40 minutes to cut and cook some veggies…. Is what I was told by the guy standing in the back working on the food…. I need to add, he had the tone that I was asking for to much. Having any sort of customer service or truly being ready to open at the time it says on the door is a joke. It’s not a coincidence that I’ve come in twice and received the same kind of service. These people are miserable at this location.
