  Todat, moments ago, I was very rudly spoken to be a Chickfila employee, she was extremely angry and mean and snapped, she needs retraining, if she continues she should be let go!!! Short brown hair, short HEIGHT 5'0" MAYBE, SHE nasty snapped at me and hateful attitude for no reason. Send her back to training, pull off work, I know how this works! I do it in my OWN COMPANY!! These are not the STANDARDS, I've become accustomed to at hundreds of Chickfilas across America I constantly eat from there. The rest of the employees were amazing, so still go, 10 out of 5 stars, but they need to know about this one older lady.

  Alright alright, I love the staff here yes and I go there because it's so close to my work. It used to be sometimes crispy sometimes soggy but now it's like it's always soggy. Getting a soggy over oily biscuit in the morning just sucks.

  This Chick-fil-A is horrible. Order is wrong every time. Can’t get sauces right. And by far the SLOWEST location in the area. Go to a different location.

  I have no real complaints with CFA. Their food is pretty reliable in general, and this location is no exception. The only reason I held back a star was the parking lot/drive thru situation. The parking lot is on the smaller side (compared to some other CFAs I’ve frequented), and the 2 queues for the drive thru don’t help. I’ve been there at both off hours and rush hours, and it’s been at least borderline chaotic most of those times…definitely so during the rushes. While this isn’t exactly unusual for CFAs in general, it’s the combination of the lot size, the size of the drive thru, the restaurant’s location relative to a strip mall (& access to it from the main road), as well as to that strip mall’s exit (right in front of the restaurant) that makes maneuvering to & from this CFA a bit unwieldy and a little more demanding of one’s attention than what some other CFAs are

  How does it take over 15 minutes to get a mobile order that was placed 15 minutes before I when arrived. So over 30 minutes from time ordered to food in hand. All I get is a rushed passive mumble of a sorry while they rush away. Every car in line behind me was cleared before I got my food. I'm so tired of the constant issues from bad attitudes ,wrong orders and the clear chaos going on that they can't keep up with orders ill just go to the grovetown location from now on.
