  This was my first time to this Cava location. I used the app to place a digital order and was able to indicate milk allergy so that I could avoid items containing milk products. App was easy to use, order was ready quickly, staff was friendly and food was great!

  When I walked through the doors and I saw that light-skinned brotha in the back on the grill, I know my bowl is going to hit every time with SEASONED meat!! HE NEEDS A RAISE. Cava, always keep people of color on your team, please don’t switch up. You will forever have my business.

  I had to go out of my way to give this Cava a 5/5 on everything. I have been to many Cavas across the east coast and this location is one of my favorites when I am in town. They give good portions, the seating inside and outside is amazing, the staff are all friendly and always happy to help. Shoutout to Jacob who was made my experience here amazing. Great job to everyone at this Cava!

  I came in yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience with the woman who took my order was very unpleasant. From the beginning, she came across as extremely rude, sarcastic and dismissive. Since I was unfamiliar with the ordering process, I asked whether the bowl ingredients were already predetermined or if I could choose what I wanted in my bowl. She sarcastically responded, “Don’t you see that it says build your own?” while pointing to the sign. As she prepared my bowl, she continued to be very snappy when I asked questions about the different toppings. At one point, I began to say “iceberg lettuce,” and before I could even finish, she aggressively interrupted me to say, “It’s romaine lettuce,” and rolled her eyes. Customer service is an important part of any dining experience, and customers should feel comfortable asking questions without being made to feel unwelcome or belittled. Please consider hiring and training employees who not only want to work but also understand how to interact with customers respectfully and professionally. I have attached a photo for reference. The employee had brown skin, dreadlocks, and was wearing a yellow bandana with yellow polka dots. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

  Food and Drink selection was phenomenal. They had meats from steak to salmon and/or chicken with even more to offer. Pita chips are a must! Crew was excellent with answering questions i had about the options available. Cucumber mint lime drink was a favorite of my mine, especially for this summer heat.
