  Was actually here to perform a job. But, I couldn't resist trying the food. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I have never ate at a CAVA before, nor not sure what to think of it. However,..... I had a bowl meal with the salmon, mixed greens (a special blend they serve, I believe it was called "power blend"), and various additional ingredients. It was fantastic. In my opinion, the salmon was better than most expensive restaurants. They have a variety of main entrée items, and even more additional items. I could definitely see myself trying more from them.

  Two kinds of rice, black lentils and greenery:spinach, arugula, some other kind of crunchy greens. Those are the choices for a base in a bowl. Then there are meats of different sorts(my fav is braised lamb),and mixed veggies(Brussels, cauliflower carrots etc).. then the next choices are sauces, red and reg hummus, roasted eggplant, feta Fresh veggies like tomatoes, onions, pickled onions, avocado for which is an up charge And dressings of course...choices galore! My main complaint is that it is very loud in there especially during lunch rush, hard to hear. There is outside seating. One of my favorite fast food places ..

  This is the most disgusting thing I’ve had in a while. I ordered via DoorDash and that was no excuse for the quality of food I received. I got the Salmon + Yogurt Dill Crazy Feta® • Power Greens • Fire-Roasted Corn • Crumbled Feta • Tomato + Onion • Full Portion • Glazed Salmon • Sweet Tea • Strawberry Ginger • Classic Lemonade • Yogurt Dill • Saffron Basmati Rice which was $30.93… Expensive right? Yes. The salmon was a SLIVER and that was suppose to be a “full portion.” It was very, very, very fishy and tastes freezer burnt. The taste lingered in my mouth for hours. The vegetables/greens were the freshest thing in my meal. The drinks were ok. I didn’t care for the lemonade. Taste musty. I immediately got a stomach ache and vomited after this meal. It has a lot of potential but something isn’t right for the amount of food you get and the price. My partner got Steak + Harissa Spinach • Crazy Feta® • Tzatziki • Red Pepper Hummus • Full Portion • Grilled Steak • Free Side Pita • Garlic Dressing • Hot Harissa Vinaigrette • Sumac Cabbage Slaw • Persian Cucumber • Pita Crisps • Crumbled Feta • Saffron Basmati Rice for $17.84… Again, too much money for a small bowl of disappointment. His steak was tough and fatty. He had to bite and spit pieces out repeatedly through his meal. He couldn’t even finish it. The side of pita bread was thin and small. I’ve never seen anything like that while eating Mediterranean food. I was shocked. Lastly, I ordered a sweet treat :) ………… Greyston Blondie $3.38 AGAIN, not worth it! This brownie was smaller than the size of my palm. Two bites and it’s done. A brownie at Chick Fil A cost $2.25 and is a decent size… very ridiculous. Anyways, I will not be ordering anything from this restaurant again. Very disappointed for all this hype around the place.

  I’m giving this location 1 star because of how the situation was handled after part of my order was left out. When I got home and opened my bag, I realized they forgot the dips I ordered on the side. I called ahead to let them know I was coming back, but I still had to drive about 5 miles back to the restaurant and then another 5 miles home. Meanwhile, my food is obviously getting colder and colder because I’m having to make an extra 10-mile trip over something that was left out of my order. When I arrived, I thought the dips were supposed to be ready since I had called ahead, but apparently that communication didn’t make it across the entire line. The young lady who helped me didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at first. She continued warming the complimentary pita she was working on and eventually came over to ask what I needed. I explained that I was there for the dips that were left out of my order. She said, “Oh, we normally put it in the bowl.” I politely told her I knew that, but I always get mine on the side. She then scooped what looked like half a scoop into each cup. When I asked for more because the cups were originally supposed to be full, she told me it would be extra. At that point, I’m thinking: I just drove all the way back here because of a mistake with my order, and now I’m being told I have to pay extra just to receive the amount I originally ordered? When I explained that, she caught an attitude and tossed the additional dip onto the order. What really stood out was that it was apparently time for her to leave because we walked out of the restaurant at the same time. If you’re at the end of your shift, I understand being ready to go home, but customers at the end of your shift should receive the same level of service as customers at the beginning. Mistakes happen. Forgetting the dips alone would not have made me leave a 1-star review. It was the attitude and the way the mistake was handled after I had already inconvenienced myself by driving all the way back that earned the 1 star

  I order through the digital drive-thru often and sometimes go inside. The food is delicious; however, the staff leave a lot to be desired. They are not the friendliest and often behave as if they are mad that you’re there. Specifically today, the brown skin, slim, mid-aged lady working the drive-thru is one the most unpleasant people I’ve encountered yet in the establishment. She opened the window, said absolutely nothing, looked at me as if I was supposed to be the first one to say something and stared as if I pissed her off for simply pulling up. I then said “hello I’m picking up for…” and she says “WHO!!?” I repeat myself and she looks at the available bags and then shoves my cup and bag out the window and still says nothing. Rubs her hands together, still staring as if we have some unknown beef until I pull off—I guess waiting for the car behind me to pull up so she can toss her anger out the window at them as well. Come on Cava, do better! This is not the type of customer service that will make people come back, Update: Ironically I scrolled the reviews after submitting my own and what do you know… someone posted a similar review about the exact same employee and included a pic of her! Wow!
