  It'd be all fives if it weren't for the busted robot they started using to take orders a few months ago. It barely works, and seems like it was rushed to solve a problem that didn't exist. I'm a simple guy with a simple order. This morning the robot recommended what I usually get. I said, "Yes please." Then it had a little meltdown, started explaining what comes on a lunch sandwich (it was 9AM), and a person had to step in to take my very simple order. Quit while you're ahead and get rid of the unreliable robot.

  Went through the drive through wanted a chicken filet combo with egg and cheese, fries and a Bo sauce. Egg and cheese was on the ticket, not on the biscuit. Didn’t get a Bo sauce and got Bo rounds instead of fries. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Had door dash delivery from here. Order included biscuits, 12 piece chicken, two sides , and a half gallon sweet tea. Delivery was an hour. We were only given what was handed to the dasher. We had to drive into town because we only received 1/2 the order. No customers were inside nor in drive through. I walked in and said I had door dash but only received….. They already knew what was missing from the order before I finished . I received it right away but no apology no out of convenience nothing. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either. Short staffed, busy, not busy , when you pay for something and only receive half that is bad customer service.

  Food is always good here but the attitude of lady serving at drive thru this morning sucks! I said thank you when she handed me the food, and she didn’t say anything in return and gave me the nastiest look.
