  Literally each time I have been here I have had to wait 15-20 mins for my food in the drive thru! Don't stop here if you don't have at least 20 mins to spare.

  Good luck getting an order taken at this place, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. Nobody bothered greeting me or even took my order. Instead they stood around on their phones in groups near the back. I left and will never return. Get some decent management in this location. Pathetic.

  I waited over 30 minutes for a meal. The employees, every single one LAZY with no care in the world. Plus, the place is filthy. Sticky floors, flys, and did I mention the ppl are LAZY

  This location is in the middle of where all kinds of sports are played and is attached to a truck stop. There are very long wait times for hungry kids. All we wanted was a frappe drink. The drive-thru is the worst, even with only two cars. They need to build a standalone building in this area, so they don't have to juggle semi-trucks. The location for the drive-thru is dangerous. The E. Main Street location is one of the best McDonald's. Next time, I will go two exits north on I-75 to it, or to any other eateries around that understand there are thousands of kids playing sports.

  Hey drivers, consider this your heads-up before you roll in… this McDonald’s is running on its own slow-motion timeline. I ordered on the app while sitting in line to fuel, got the truck and reefer squared away, walked inside, hit the restroom, and STILL ended up standing there another 10 minutes waiting like I just placed the order. That’s not a delay… that’s a full-blown time warp. No wonder the fuel island stays backed up like a traffic jam at rush hour. Guys are stuck waiting on food that should’ve been ready before they even stepped through the door. Meanwhile, the drive-thru gets treated like royalty and if you walk in or you’re a trucker, you might as well grab a number and a sleeping bag because you’re getting put on the back burner and forgotten about. This place doesn’t just move slow… it drags anchor. If you’re hungry and trying to keep your wheels turning, don’t waste your clock here. Save yourself the headache and roll down to the Pilot at exit 296 off I-75. You’ll get fed without feeling like you aged a year in the lobby. This location? Straight up not it. 🚫🍟
