  My pizza dough was old and not fresh. They giving away old dough from days prior and I can’t get in contact with nobody because they don’t answer phones I won’t be returning

  This store has done a complete 180 , I remember a few months back it would be chaotic picking up an order but now everytime I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and kindness . When there IS a wait time I’m always assured my order is being made fresh and I’m updated on the wait times. I’m pleasantly delighted with the changes this store has made. And the actual food quality has skyrocketed

  The manager that was on duty handle my online order well. Two customers myself and another customer place on line order but for some reason he's ordered and one of my order did not show up we both showed him where the money was drafted out of our account with the store # and he corrected everything the issue. I tried to call customer service only ti get no response. This could have went another was about thanks to this 10 out of 10 manger he put customers first.

  I don’t eat pizza often and I decided to stop by this location (I’ve never visited) to simply grab a bite. I was greeted immediately by Xyain and I gave my order and asked if there were any discounts or specials for a walk-in. She discovered there was one and inquired if I needed help with anything else on the menu. Xyain has such a wonderful and charismatic personality. After awhile, I walked back in to retrieve my order and met Pierce. I was shocked and extremely pleased with the presentation of the pizza (photo included). It looked like an image we see on a Pizza Hut commercial. I thanked Pierce for his intricate detail and making the pizza appealing. He has a very approachable attitude and you can tell he takes pride in delivering accurate orders. I can’t wait to go back for another visit.
