  I had to wait 45 minutes for a frappé that I ordered online, while other customers were arriving and leaving with their drinks in hand. The service was terrible, and the staff had a bad attitude throughout the entire experience. Very disappointing.

  Waited over 15 minutes for steak and egg bagel that never arrived. I had to leave because I was gonna be late for work.

  This morning they “ran out” of biscuits by 8:30am EST. Poorly operated by the Franchisee. Seems to be always under staffed. McDonald’s food is already a health risk, so this is probably a good thing for the area that this location is poorly run

  This is an awful place like fr , we waited 40-50 mins for 3MEALS and we had to go in to see if they where even working on it and all we got was attitude from this girl idk who she thought she was talking to me the way she did and she was just “oh im about to go home ugh “ and laughing and talking to her co workers and she was not doing anything to help , we asked for a refund and she didn’t call anyone to help us do it so I had to get the attention of some other gentleman to help us and get our money back , it’s literally just lil teenagers working I did not see not one grown folk it’s the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to don’t come !!

  This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have encountered! Either thru door dash or in the actual store, check your food if to go! Either food is missing or just thrown in the bag! I have had to repackage nuggets, fries and actual sandwiches! Every DoorDash I do for my kids is missing half the order, I mean every time!! Then going in store is just as bad! So many people and still can’t get it right!
