The communication was clear and she really took great care of us! I want to only sit in her section, when I visit again! The food was amazing and I’m spreading the good news about this wonderful breakfast restaurant! Well deserved!

I ordered the Colorado omelet and bacon egg and cheese croissant. Both were delicious. I see they updated their menu as well. Nice place.
- PRPamela RJun 1, 20265.0I found Breakfast Bunny in Ellenwood through a Google search. I was curious about a few menu items, so I traveled 15 min and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere is relaxed, the music is just the right volume, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. My server, Canary, was really friendly...he explained the menu items and shared how the croquettes were the favorite. He also kept my Sprite topped off. The menu offers so much that's not normally seen on a menu. From lamb chops (lemon pepper), lobster, and rib tips! Typical items you will see are omelets (veggie option available), grits, waffles, pancakes, sandwich and bowls...also Mimosa's. You can dine in or order as take-out (online menu). The showcase dish is the crispy fried salmon croquettes!! I selected this as a plate. It includes toast, and your choice of eggs, grits, or home fries. I was so impressed with the unique batter method. Not one bite missed (fingers were licked). I added a side of waffles and didn't think twice about all of the food coming! My to-go box will make coworkers jealous! Betty runs the operations in the kitchen and I was more than happy to tell her how amazing everything was.
