  Right away, the customer service takes a hit. The person that took our order did not listen to what we said, and just made assumptions, then after each item (even the first item) they would say, "is that all" in a tone that would suggest that we were an inconvenience. We clearly stated "wacky pack kids meal, hamburger" and they rang up a jr double cheese burger. Things like that consistently throughout the order. When our food arrived, there was no toy in the wacky pack, and when I asked about it (not the first time) the carhop stated "I don't know if a toy comes with it." The menu clearly states "fun toy included" right below the words "wacky pack kids meals". We were also charged for a medium drink with the wacky pack meal, when we didn't order it. The only "fresh" food items we got were the mozzarella sticks. The hot dog was old, the tots were old, and had been recooked to the point that I could taste the fryer oil through the chili and cheese on them. The carhop was not interested in listening to us when our food was delivered, and a cook brought out our drinks (mustard, ketchup and grease stained shirt). As someone who managed a Sonic drive-in in the past, and someone who likes Sonic drive-in over most other fast food establishments, I would never recommend this location to anyone as it is now.

  I had placed an order through the app roughly 15 minutes before we would get there. We got there 7 minutes after it said it would be ready. We checked in and waited about 5 minutes before anyone had came outside. The woman walked outside and placed the tray directly on my window but didn’t say a single thing to us. I grabbed our bag (2 meals) and our drinks + straws off the tray. The lady then walked off with our sauces without even saying a thing. We sat there for roughly 3 minutes before driving back home. We thought the sauces were in the bag just to realize there were absolutely no sauces at all. On top of the sauces, the cookie dough blast we had bought seemed extremely runny/water down like it had been made a while previously.

  Food was okay, but not exactly equivalent to the price. After spending right at $40 (3 meals), we were told that despite being able to order 3 sauces per meal in the app, we could only have 2 sauces period - anything additional would cost. Even McDonald's honors what is in their app and doesn't charge🙄
