  Avoid delivery: 1.5-hour wait for cold pizza left in the lobby The customer service here is terrible. I ordered directly through their system at 12:22 AM, hoping for a smooth delivery. Instead, it took 1 hour and 33 minutes to get my food, and the driver couldn't even be bothered to bring it up to my room. Despite explicitly requesting room delivery, I received a text at 1:55 AM stating it was left at the front desk, forcing me to go down and get it myself. I called the store twice to check on the order during the wait. My first call at 1:22 AM and my second call at 1:40 AM both resulted in the same generic brush-off: "the driver just left, 5-10 minutes." They finally confessed on the second call that the driver was currently hitting five different hotels on the route. By the time I got it, the pizza was cold slop. To make matters worse, they even messed up my drink order: I ordered a Coke Zero and they brought me a Diet Coke instead. While the actual flavor of the pizza was good, it had way too much sauce, and the crust was completely ruined from sitting in a vehicle for so long. I was just passing through on a layover, so I won't be ordering again. Skip the delivery and pick it up if you want to try it.

  Once the order was received it took them no time to deliver it. Food was still hit. Pizza was hot and delicious.

  Poor customer service I waited forever for mediocre pizza
