  I placed my order 20 minutes before closing and everything was perfect and FRESH!! This is my go to store and I love the service. The staff are truly outstanding.

  If I could, I would put a zero! Tonight’s order from Pizza Hut was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had in a long time. Our pizza was supposed to arrive at 9:37 PM, but after waiting 20 minutes past the ETA, we had to call the store ourselves because there had been no update or communication. After that, we waited another 20 minutes and spent around 10 minutes on the phone just trying to get answers. At 10:21 PM, the driver finally called saying the pizza was “3 minutes away,” yet the order didn’t actually arrive until 10:32 PM and we only live about 9 minutes away from the store. The most frustrating part is that after waiting nearly an hour late, the order was still incorrect and low quality: •    We paid for extra pepperoni, but the pizza clearly did not have extra pepperoni. •    The pizza was supposed to have sausage on only half, but sausage was scattered across most of the pizza. •    The pizza did not taste fresh at all. It tasted like it had been sitting out or reheated before delivery. By the time it finally arrived, it was too late at night and we were too hungry to wait another hour for a remake, so we were basically forced to settle for food we weren’t happy with. For the amount of time, money, and inconvenience involved, this experience was unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund, plus a store credit and complimentary replacement pizza for the poor service, inaccurate order, and overall quality of the food received tonight.

  Most RUDE staff I have encountered. 4/25/2026 1.00pm staff was impolite to customer before me and was the same to me when picking up my order. She should not be at work if she is having a bad day. Food was cold even though I was in time for pick up
