  Food was okay. Order taking and drive through Staff were nice, but I think there were at least 2 homeless people around the drive through. I did not feel safe parking and eating.

  Man! I didn’t even buy McDonald’s before but the people and food on this place, top notch. Everyone is always kind and respectful. Very welcoming! Carlos is a great supervisor

  Did a mobile order & was pulled to wait on food. Realized that my sauces weren’t in the bag once I got my food, & so I went inside to retrieve. Waited patiently for about 5 minutes & wasn’t acknowledged, but they were busy so I understood. I waited a bit more for the people in front of me to get their food items before I bothered the workers. A young black male about 5’1-5’3 w/ a tilted hat, was standing in the front, bagging orders, but there wasn’t anything to bag at the moment. So I said “excuse me”, he ignored me. I noticed he had his AirPods in so I said “excuse me”, about 4 more times before he turned around. I stated why I was there, he looked at me, threw his hand up dismissively, turned back around, & continued to ignore me. He was standing literally right in front of the sauces I asked him for, might I add. It took for another male working the grill to come from behind his station, ask me what I needed, & handed me the sauces. I’m not sure where the managers were, but I highly doubt they would have been of much help, especially if he was so comfortable having his AirPods in while working in a fast-paced, high volume working environment & also being disrespectful to customers!

  Customer service is horrible! Tonight I was in there at 9:45pm at the register waiting to place a order and all the employees were in the back, girl that was supposed to be taking orders looked right at us and acted like she didn’t see us. She kept avoiding eye contact and kept looking around everywhere else before she completely turned her back to us and was following the male around that was running the drive thru. We were there waiting 17 minutes before she slowly walked over to the register with the meanest look on her face and looked completely bothered that I was placing an order. As I tell her the two drinks we want she doesn’t put them in the register but gives me a dirty look and just walked away asking another employee a question in the back. We waited about 2 minutes and we walked out so we didn’t get to order anything after standing there at the register for 22 minutes. It was so rude, unprofessional and uncomfortable to even give an order to someone that has an attitude and look on her face like we’re bothering her.I’ve been serving for many years and always very pleasant, smile and am always polite.I don’t know why some people work in customer service if they are not able to provide good customer service. I don’t ever want to eat somewhere that the employee looks like they don’t want to speak to you or take your order, it was like they were all hoping we would just go away so we did walk out. There was two customers waiting for their order and one small group at a table in the back. A few people in the drive thru but nothing crazy there weren’t super busy and I saw plenty of employees hiding in the back and several of them saw us standing there waiting but nobody came to help take our order or even say hello and that they would be with us soon. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
