  If I could give this place ZERO stars or even give NEGATIVE stars I would. I ordered food at 4:36 pm. I finally got all of my order at 5:27 pm. Food took nearly an hour to finally arrive. I ordered 4 meals. When I asked about the status of my order after 30 minutes I was told I ordered a lot and I needed to wait, and wait longer is what I did. Food finally arrived just short of an hour. I watch 20 other people inside order and leave. Others also waited for their food with part of their order completed. The inside was a complete mess with wrappers and papers from the straws littering the floor. The napkins were empty and so were the lids for the cups. Whoever managed this shift needs to be fired. On the plus side, the food was decent even if the service was the worst I've ever seen.

  Don’t go here! They will serve you undercooked food, and stale fries. The ice cream machine was broken, but they still tried to serve me melted ice cream, and looked at me like that was completely normal. I’ve been trying to get a refund from the Operator, Rahja Ford, for the last 5 months, but instead of taking accountability, she continues to play in my face, telling me that she’s sent out a gift card to my address. I’m so serious. They do not care about you as a customer, and are a health risk. Rahja and her business partner, Tykira Williams, have been trying to avoid sending me a refund since Christmas. I’ve been trying to resolve this in a professional manner, but it’s obvious now that they aren’t professionals.

  I am a dasher and I had an order for this McDonald’s twice each time they said they are close but it’s a 24 hr sticker on the door. Why take door dash orders if you’re close. I got a violation from door dash stating an order was picked up after I left the store. How do I get I touch with corporate?

  Came for breakfast and there was a little bit of a line. The employee wearing a visor handling the curbside and pick up orders informed me that my order couldnt be found but let me know that he’d handle it. My order was out within the next ten minutes while he was also handling many other pick up orders. Kudos to him!

  I have visited this establishment several times after work, and generally, they manage to fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner. However, there have been occasional discrepancies with my orders. While I understand that mistakes can happen, especially in a fast food environment, I do hold them to a certain standard. There have been instances where items were missed or my order was incorrect. On a positive note, the staff members have consistently treated me with respect, and the surrounding area is quite peaceful. It’s worth mentioning that they operate with a single drive-thru due to space constraints, which I believe is commendable given the circumstances. Although there are rare occasions when the service is slow and the line is long, I find that, for the most part, the experience is efficient and suitable for a quick meal.
