  I was here last night and that will probably be my last time for a while. Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to my home; otherwise, I would gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to the Sandtown location. My husband or I visit this location 2–3 times a month to pick up dinner for our family, and nearly every single time, the service is awful. The employees are consistently rude and unpleasant, and what’s most baffling is that it’s completely unprovoked. We come in, place our order, and simply expect to be treated with basic courtesy. The world is already going through enough right now. There is absolutely no reason to be unkind to someone who is simply trying to get a meal for their family. At this point, the issue feels bigger than one or two employees. This location desperately needs a reset in its customer service culture (and cleanliness), because the attitude and lack of basic hospitality seem to be consistent across the team. Something needs to change.

  My experience with canoe creek chitpotle was 0/10 how in the hell do you make me a bowl when I asked for a burrito you might say well just eat the burrito but the depot who sent me the bowl put beans and everything else I didn’t want in the burrito then on top of that nobody even wrapped the burrito up the next time it happen imma come up there and get yall fired yall had one job and couldn’t even do that

  This locations (CAMP CREEK MARKETPLACE - East Point, GA) lacks professionalism. Decided to place online order instead of standing in line. The pickup time was not met nor did the food prep representative properly announce when the orders. After I received my order I noticed an item was left out. Instead of her verifying what I was supposed to receive, she immediately tells me that my order was correct, which was untrue. This location is the worst.

  This place to me is a hit or miss sometimes the food bre good & sometimes it just aint right & that's crazy to say , Especially when you ordering the same thing everytime online.

  This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It took an hour for me to get a steak bowl. This location only had a few people working and they were extremely inefficient. They were continually running out of things and then would take 15-20 min to make each item such as rice and chicken. Instead of restocking other items, they were just standing around and talking amongst themselves while the food cooked. Meanwhile they could’ve filled up other items that were running low. They also would stop the entire line to cook if a person wanted something that wasn’t available. They could’ve moved on to the next person in line and made their bowl while finishing the other protein. However, they just said no… we have to go in order. So many people came and went without ordering because of the slow service. After waiting for two people in front of me to get rice for 20 min, when it came my turn to order they then realized they needed to refill the guacamole and sour cream only when I asked for it. The food was mediocre at best. The ice machine was broken. Many tables were littered with trash and nobody cared to clean up at all. This Chipotle was an absolute wreck and extremely poorly run. I would not recommend and will never come to this location again. It is anything but fast food.
