  Food was ok,it wasnt as seasoned as it should've been....resturant was dirty but they did move the line faster than most even tho the wait is always long here or any of the chains stores because everyone's food is basically custom to the person.

  The ingredients that were supposed to be hot were cold (rice , beans , chicken ) I order chips and guacamole (quac was brown and the chips were completely stale ) I will never eat from there again

  The food is good, but the people’s attitude at this location sucks and energy can transfer over especially when you’re making someone’s food. I don’t know what management or the corporation needs to do to make the workers happier but they need to do something.

  I visited this location today 7-28-26 @7pm and understood after the rush there was a 20 min wait on reg chicken. After patiently waiting the manager proceeded to tell us it's a 30 min wait on white rice, i needed for 5 bowls, now I was aggravated and said why is this the only location that always has a separate wait., Not a nasty tone at all, he then proceeded to tell me that no one is putting a gun to my head and making me wait, it's other places to eat other than Chipotle like next door or somewhere else in a very nasty tone.He embarrasses me then proceeds to antagonize me, by asking the other customers did they feel disrespected by his comments and tried to smooth it over. He was only apologetic when he my boyfriend (another man) spoke up. The store was so dirty and the food look so old. He made me have to travel 15 min to another location this is unfortunate in our area!

  I had been working all day and walked into the location at 10:39 PM and I noticed that they were cleaning up which was fine but when I made it to the counter, it took a while for the girl to even acknowledge that I was there and I apologized to her because I knew it was late and close to closing. Then she looked at me, rolled her eyes, looked at her coworker and asked her what time is it, her coworker (who was all the way on the other end of the counter) said it was 10:41. She took a deep breath and sighed visibly irritated.. there was plenty of food sitting there, all she had to do was scoop it in a bowl. I’m not understanding why she was irritated or had attitude, especially when I was kind and I apologized because I knew it was late.
