  Worst service ever… There was a long line and the employees were on their phones, zero sense of urgency. I waited 40 mins and they made 4 bowls…I had to leave because I had a meeting, didn’t get lunch. They need to clean house and get employees that actually care.

  I ordered two bowls online and the guacamole was old and tasted super funny. I come here all the time and the guacamole is always green I know for a fact when u leave it out too long it turns brown and taste nasty mind u it was watery me and my sister couldn’t even finish our bowls. Walked into the place there was fruit fly’s looked like nobody cleaned in hours… Never will I order from here. OLD GUACAMOLE? Do better and make fresh guacamole!!!

  At this point I don’t even understand why the shelf is there, it never fails every time I have gone here the workers will have the finished orders on the shelf above them. People be having to wait until either the cashier asks what the customers name is just to get an order that had already been completed. Or the person at the preparation table finally decides to stop when there’s a line forming to start giving people their orders. I completely understand that orders are coming in and they are trying to keep up. But when you have two employees just standing at the register, doing nothing but waiting to ring a customer up. It doesn’t take much to ask the associate to let them put the completed orders on the shelf so, no one will be standing there watching their food get cold. Especially since they’re in that close of proximity.

  Not sure why food I ordered 20 minutes ago has brown guacamole that tastes like it’s been sitting in the sun all day. Such a disappointment when looking forward to first meal of the day. Do better!!

  Amazing team! I just visited this Chipotle during peak lunch hours. Despite how busy it was, this team excelled at teamwork and efficiency. It was clear that everyone knew their defined roles behind the counter but knew how to communicate effectively to efficiently replenish food, fulfill orders, and get us on our way. Not only that, but the food tasted better than I have remembered in recent years. I will definitely be returning to this Chipotle and I am not surprised they are this popular. Keep up the great work!
