  My child and I stopped in at this McDonalds tonight for dinner. The food was served hot and everything tasted great. Eli was the service person who helped us and he was absolutely delightful. He checked on the customers and displayed an excellent attitude. Great job, Eli!

  It is absolutely ridiculous that EVERY time I order chicken nuggets, HALF of my order is missing… EVERY SINGLE TIME! It’s not like it has been once or twice. The consistency is there, with the items missing. Team members need to stop moving so fast and making mistakes every time they’re bagging orders

  Those is not a great McDonald's. I've yet to experience good customer service. I've been ignored by staff before. This last time I witnessed the manager yell at an employee while she was serving a customer. I'd say it's a decent spot to stop and use the restroom, but that wasn't even that clean. And the fries were soggy.

  Yall need to get it together in this place. For one if you see a customer at the counter, take a measly 5 seconds to see what they need. We got 2 kids meal chicken nugget combos and yall couldn’t even manage to put the chicken nuggets in the box. I requested only mayo, ketchup and onion on my cheeseburger and I got only ketchup. Fries are over salted and the attitudes these women have are beyond nasty. Maybe get some better customer service skills from blueridge McDonald’s. They at least recognize their customers are there.

  I have been there about 5 times in the last two months and the men's restroom always stinks and is dirty. They seldom have paper towels and the floor is always sticky. On two occasions they were out of soap. This mkes one wonder how the workers sanatize their hands without soap. They charge extra if you order your drink without ice and they give you one napkin and they get upset if you ask for more.
