  Honestly not bad. It wasn't the best Italian I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't the worst. I think the green tomatoes could have used salt, but I enjoyed my pasta. A little bit expensive, but there are much more expensive places in town serving much simpler dishes. I do think you guys could benefit from getting one of those cheese graters with a crank for fresh grated parmesan. I've got one and not only is it awesome, but it makes Alfredo a breeze. I'll probably be back, from time to time. Looking forward to seeing what other delicious offerings are on the menu.

  We got Charlie’s on our way into Ellijay, very friendly and fast service on our to go order! The chicken parm was incredible. The cheese was broiled perfectly and had the right amount of sauce. We also got the Cajun pasta and it was also really good with a little kick. We will absolutely be back!
