- QWquina Williams6 days ago5.0My car was being serviced so I ordered through the delivery service.. The DoorDash driver was not a honest person & stated Newk’s cancelled the order. I kept asking questions because it showed delivered. He kept saying I needed to contact DoorDash. I called Newk’s and explained to the manager Chris. He personally delivered my order less than 20 minutes later. That was going over and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated. I have no idea why the dasher would steal my lunch. Maybe he was hungry, and didn’t know how to ask for help. The manager Chris saved the day, and I very grateful. The cajun shrimp salad was awesome!
