  I love Jimmy John’s but this location is not it. The staff is rude, they’re texting while taking orders, roll their eyes when asked for the new promotional item, and appear to wish you would never come back. If this was a one time occurrence I’d give some slack, but this has been our experience at least the last 5 times.

  App said delivered and never showed. No customer service. They could care less. No compassion.and asked if I wanted to void the order. Yes. Whos going to eat my order??? Look at all my reviews - opinion doesn't go lightly. Deleting app. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

  Ordered new gyro sandwich (3rd one this week from other locations) and meat was not all the way done, called through out the day to fix the issue and no one ever answers the phone. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience here but the other location was out of gyro meat and decided to give them another chance… NEVER AGAIN!

  The absolute worst customer service ever, from the store level on up! I placed a curbside pickup order up, wasted my entire break waiting for my food, went inside to inquire and was told that it was ready and had been sitting because they didn’t realize it was curbside. Mind you, the app never updated that the order was ready. What is the point in having a tracker in the app?! Sandwiches were soggy. Was told by the manager when I picked up that they would remake if they were soggy but as previously stated, my break was over and I was already late getting back to work. Tried calling SEVERAL times, no answer. Chatted with corporate only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do because it was a franchised location. 0/10 would NOT recommend this location!
