- KCKati ColbySep 22, 20261.0I will never go back to this location again. While I was waiting for my food, one of the employees called out a Turkey Tom. I walked up to see if it was mine, realized it wasn’t, and handed it back. He called out the Turkey Tom again, and when the customer came up to get it, the employee rudely said, “You need to stop having conversations and start listening to your order being called.” The customer was part of a group of about six people who appeared to be on their lunch break. They were not being loud, disruptive, or obnoxious — they were simply having a normal conversation while waiting for their food. I thought the employee’s comment was completely unnecessary and incredibly rude. Unfortunately, my experience got even worse when I got home and started eating my turkey sandwich, only to discover TUNA in it. I absolutely hate tuna, so finding it mixed into my sandwich was disgusting and completely ruined my meal. Between the employee’s behavior toward another customer and the tuna somehow ending up in my turkey sandwich, I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s location.

Mind you there were 3 men's up front before she came up. All made contact with me but never said a word. 2 of the guys were having a conversation usually inappropriate language from curse words to racial slurs. There was a young lady who walked around the corner looked at me and she also didnt say anything to me. It's clear there's no manager or if there is the team run the business. Never going again
