  This place is horrible need to be closed went there last night and they didn’t have honey chicken so I told the worker I didn’t want the bowl and apologized he threw it on table it took everything I had not to go back and clown oh him it’s not wonder why they they eating is 2.7 horrible service let see how long they will last

  I went to pickup an Ubereats order. I love Chipotle chips and salsa and went to the person who add the toppings like normal and said I want chips and 2 hot salsa. Went to pay and it was $3.45 thought that was a little high. Went to my car and went to grab a chip, no chips, I was charged for two salsa only. No big deal, I thought it would be a simple fix. I told her I wanted chips and salsa she said her co worker didn't tell her and she didn't know. She then say it's going to be $2.30 for chips and salsa on top of what I paid. Makes no sense she gets manager who refunded $1.60 and bc I'm not paying for extra side. Now I need to pay $2.80. All messed up and I didn't want anything and asked for a refund manager walked to back and then talked to her friend and wouldn't give me her name. The reviews is 2.7 for a reason. Go to another location.

  Just ordered two meals and it seems like they’re rationing the amount of food…because I asked for some more and even the rice and beans was a smaller amount than they usually put, so when I asked the employee to put some more she rolled her eyes at me and walked away CEO said that if you ask some more, they will never say no…guess what ? they just did. I’d recommend going somewhere else Ps.: u can see the picture that there’s barely chicken on the Taco.

  Really disappointing customer service. The employee misheard my name, and even after I repeated it several times and showed my receipt in the chipotlane, she kept asking for the name and shut the window on me. When she finally looked at the receipt and realized the mistake, she rudely handed it back, said “that says Jack C,” and immediately shut the window again without any apology or acknowledgment.

  Worst experience at the Dunwoody Place location. Chips were simply missing from my order, so I made a second trip. When I asked for a large chips or extra queso, I was given a hard time instead of help. My food is home going cold while I stand there arguing over stale chips and queso, with a line out the door. I’m caring for a sick relative and had to make multiple trips just to get what I paid for — thirty dollars later Im left with cold food. The manager on duty, Emma, had a poor attitude and didn’t seem to know how to offer basic customer service. I expect better from a place I spend money at.
