- MLMatthew Little1 day ago2.0This is easily the worst Chick-fil-A drive thru I've ever been to, and it's not even close. 8am on a work day and the line is out of the parking lot and took 25 minutes to get through. Horrible. Won't be stopping here again.

I called to address the issue and let them know that’s why I refused service. She brushed it off, dismissed me, said “I’m sorry for your experience” and hung up on me. She didn’t address the issue or try to make it right. Her name is Angel, and she’s a sorry excuse for a manager
- SOScott OwensMay 7, 20261.0I love Chick-Fil-A. Go all the time. I learned about this location near my office. This is the only CFA I know of that is inconsistent. No "my pleasure", gets simple orders wrong (number 1 chicken biscuit meal with a Coke Zero), and honestly a little rude. Its like Burger King employees with a CFA facade. Very odd experience. Why the big debate over hashbrowns and my soda when I order it every other morning? What happened to the normal "Our apologizes, we seemed to have missed the combo, lets get this corrected". I would have paid the difference. I am not trying to scam CFA out of a small Coke Zero. The food I did receive was as expected. The staff needs complete retraining if this CFA is going to be up to par with every other CFA in the state. It was just so out of character for a CFA.

At the end, they even treated us to ice cream, which was a very nice touch. Throughout the visit, they consistently checked on us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Overall, a great experience.
