  Waited alittle over a hour in drive thru for 3 items and a drink finally got up to the window hardly any communication from the woman in drive thru no apology for the wait or anything like customer service and our order was wrong we went inside they didn't ask why we were standing there or anything they just looked at us like we were stupid we would've understood if it had only been 2 people in the store but there were 4 people in there when we finally said our issue still no apology only made the 2 items missing out of the bag 20 minutes go by no refund still no customer service to see anywhere in sight so now we have cold soggy burritos if i could give this place a zero star rating I would definitely never come back to this location it needs to be shut down or everyone there fired and replaced.

  The man in the window was lovely and so helpful when their card machine went down, however the lady that came to help him had an attitude when she wasnt smart enough to figure out to use a different card reader prior to me mentioning it after the one at the window said it had lost connection when we got home to eat our food there was a long hair in an order of nachos fries. The only reason the service got more than one star was the helpful gentleman.

  Came to order food during the night, long drive thru line; once it’s my turn to order they say the system is down. Instead of working one guy was rolling up inside the restaurant and walked out to smoke. People need to get fired, horrible restaurant. Don’t recommend coming here!

  Their was workers next to the dumpster taking orders and smoking nobody was inside they took too long. I see about 7 workers all walk in at the same time after smoking

  There needs to be new management here the food is disgusting and it is dirty here, go spend your money at raising canes across the street or panda express my daughter was hungry wanted to get her what she wanted even tried to warn her cause the way the outside looks but save your money where you will pay for fresh food!!! Tried to reach out and call but no one answers, this taco bell needs a makeover!!! Disgusting will never go back here ever, I made my daughter throw the food away thats how nasty it looked and took her to panda express instead where its fresh and made hot!!
