  We usually enjoy coming here, but this visit was very disappointing. We ordered three buffalo fries and three orders of wings, and unfortunately all of the food arrived cold. The wings were cold and hard to bite in to, and the fries were not served with a proper amount of sauce or chicken since the chicken mostly just coating and no actual chicken pieces in it. When we brought this to the attention of an employee, they seemed unbothered and were not helpful in addressing the issue. We’ve had good experiences here in the past, which made this visit even more frustrating.

  We came from overseas in Oct 2024 and had wonderful fresh food experience and so this time I wanted to make sure we come and eat and not order online to have fresh and hot food experience and hot, unfortunately this time we came here 7ish - Wednesday 3rd June, although Wednesday there is deal on online services but we came in person and ordered buffalo fries, 3 of them and grilled chicken sandwich and hot & medium and habanero wing. Wings were so dry and not properly marinated and were hard. Fries were not hot and grilled sandwich was so bland - we told the staff but no one was bothered.

  LET ME BE VERY CLEAR, this is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location, and this time I am leaving a review because what happened today was completely unacceptable. I called ahead at 6:17pm to place a phone order. I called AHEAD specifically so my food would be ready when I arrived and I wouldn’t have to wait. I made a wrong turn and arrived at 6:45pm; six minutes later than planned. Not an hour. Not 30 minutes. Six minutes. They told me 5 minutes. I waited. 5 minutes turned into 10. 10 turned into 20. People who came in after me, ordered after me, and got served before me. For a phone order I placed almost 30 minutes earlier. 7:15pm came. I still had NO FOOD. And I LEFT without it. I waited nearly an hour called ahead, arrived, was told to keep waiting, got passed over by walk-in after walk-in and still left that restaurant with NOTHING in my hands. Not even an apology. Not even an explanation. FOR 10 WINGS AND FRIES. This is not a one-time mistake, this is how they operate. I will never return, I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I genuinely hope management sees this and is embarrassed, because they should be.

  I came to this location because we had seen all over social media that their wings were supposed to be amazing, and we were really excited to try them. We arrived about an hour before closing and placed our order around 8:00 PM. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, around 8:40 PM, we were finally told that they had completely run out of wings. We were really disappointed, especially after waiting that long just to find out the main item we came for was unavailable. What made the experience even more frustrating was that we noticed this happened to about three other customers as well. They had already placed their orders, waited, and were then told afterward that the restaurant had run out of wings. That was very disappointing to witness. We decided to still give the place a chance and switched our order to the boneless wings instead. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations at all. The Philly was literally about the size of a hand. The taste itself was not terrible, but I really wish the bread had been better quality or at least toasted more. The wings also had a strange gummy texture that was just not my type at all. The fries were honestly not good either. They were cold, and for a “large” portion, it really was not large at all. Everything just felt rushed and disappointing. Overall, I would rate this meal maybe a 4/10. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, especially closer to closing time, but waiting 40 minutes just to be told you are out of wings is unacceptable. Then finally receiving a disappointing meal afterward, knowing there is really nothing you can do at that point except take it, made the experience even worse. Overall, this felt like a waste of both time and money. Personally, I would rather go to American Deli or J Buffalo Wings, where you can get much better food, better portions, and quicker service for around the same price. Very disappointing experience overall, and based on this first interaction and the quality of the food, I do not think I will be returning.
