  I asked for square cut and I guess they cant read or cut pizza properly because they gave me original cut and the slices were so uneven. There were at least 4 slices on each pizza that were the equivalent to two slices.

  I placed my order online and went to this location to pick it up. One employee was outside smoking when I drove around the drive thru to retrieve my order and the other was inside cleaning up. The employee that was outside came inside the building on her cell phone and didn’t acknowledge that I was at the window waiting at this point more than 5 mins. I blew my horn and still wasn’t acknowledged by neither employee. Several minutes had passed before I was acknowledged to receive my order. How unprofessional? I won’t order from this location anymore 😡

  I ordered two large original crust pizza from Papa John’s yesterday and was very disappointed with the quality. The crust was extremely thin, much thinner than what I normally receive when ordering original crust large pizza. It honestly looked and felt like thin crust dough. I called the Manager about this problem last year. She apologized and said they didn't order enough large pizza dough and stretched the medium pizza dough to make a large pizza that's why the crust was super thin. This is called stealing from the consumers. I didn't originally get what I paid for by ordering a original crust large pizza. Thanks for the reminder of the reason why I stopped ordering pizza for this Papa John's location. Insult to injury: Why did the cashier tell me, I needed to pay inside and not at the drive-thru window. I'm assuming to receive a tip. Really. I got your tip: Appreciate your consumers. Know that people work hard for their money, not to be ripped off. (Hack A Shack) Shaquille O'Neal need to be looking into this establishment. I'm pretty sure his reputation is dwindling because of this establishment. Endorsing commercials smiling for Papa John's Pizza. Please refund me my coins. I don't have to come back. Johnny's New York Pizza is right down the street.

  The woman working there is neither pleasant nor polite. I placed an order, and an hour later I called to find out what had happened with it—as it didn't even look like it had left the store yet. The woman replied that she was very busy and hung up on me. I went to the store, and she didn't want to serve me; when she finally did, she did so very grudgingly. She is extremely rude. This happened during the night shift.
