  I wish I can left that negative star. Drive through window customer service is horrible. Always have an attitude, if you don’t like your job. Don’t take it. Because of McDonald???? Why we should take your attitude??? Very rude !

  Everything was mediocre and the burger was fresh but the fries were room temp. Also I was very polite and when the manager handed out the food, she just stuck her arm out the window at drive through with that Gen Z stare and didn't say a word but the girl who took my order and money was pleasant. Came through the drive through on 4/16 around 1130 pm

  I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely unacceptable experience I had at your McDonald’s location today. After placing my order, I waited for over 20 minutes, only to find out that my order had not even been prepared. When I requested a refund, the manager, a Spanish woman named Zara Garera, responded with a highly unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me, claimed that I was not asking properly, and told me to “listen more carefully.” At no point did she apologize for the mistake or the excessive delay. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial position. What made the situation even worse was that as I was leaving, another employee made a comment implying that I was the problem. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your establishment. I felt extremely disrespected during this interaction, and I could not help but feel that I was treated unfairly, possibly due to my race. This is a serious concern that should not be taken lightly. As a frequent customer, I am deeply disappointed. However, due to this experience, I have no intention of returning to this location. I strongly urge you to take immediate action, including reviewing this incident and addressing the conduct of the manager involved. I expect this matter to be handled seriously.
