  I really enjoyed eating brunch at this location - the service was exceptional, no wait time for a table which you can eat at the bar, a table or booth in dining area or on the patio location. The food is not typical breakfast or lunch menu and many "out of the box" options. It was really surprising all of the different options provided. The crossaint with folded egg, cheese and chicken sausage was excellent with the jam sauce. The crossaint was buttery and light. The lemonade snd juices are freshly squeezed and teas brewed. The only downside was the shrimp and grits were rather soupy and not as thick as expected but taste was on point.

  The staff was pleasant and professional. The service was very slow. They had one waiter on the floor and the bartender. They had runners serving. There was someone cleaning the tables. The food was underwhelming. This was my Mother’s Day brunch since I didn’t want to go out Sunday. I ordered the seafood lovers omelette. The omelette had imitation crab meat and langostinos. My breakfast potatoes tasted old so the waiter replaced them. The second order of potatoes were undercooked. My son ordered the sticky wings and chicken sandwich. He enjoyed the wings. The chicken sandwich was served on sliced bread not a bun and it was okay. The sandwich was served with breakfast potatoes not French fries.

  My mother and I placed an order for Mother’s Day and when she arrived to pick it up she had to wait for an additional 45 to an hour for the food to be ready. She was only offered water and was passed by the managers multiple times all while being asked multiple times what her name is. We had originally planned to reserve a table to which we were told none were available, but people were able to walk in after my mother and be seated. Very upset with the service showed today, especially on Mother’s Day.

  Hidden within the vibrant culinary landscape of Duluth, Just Brunch is an exceptional gem that masterfully combines elevated comfort cuisine with an inviting, community-centered atmosphere. From the moment we (family of 3) entered the establishment, it became immediately apparent why this restaurant has cultivated such a loyal and diverse following. The ambiance is both aesthetically refined and warmly welcoming, creating an environment that feels simultaneously sophisticated and comfortably familiar. Despite the visible crowd upon arrival and the anticipation of an estimated 30-minute wait, the efficiency and professionalism of the staff were commendable, as we were seated in approximately 15 minutes. The hospitality extended throughout the experience was remarkable. Upon being escorted to our table, our waitress, Nyah greeted us with genuine warmth, engaging conversation, and a gracious demeanor that transformed routine service into authentic hospitality. Her attentiveness, coupled with pleasant dialogue regarding our travels and dining preferences, contributed greatly to the overall experience. Equally impressive was the transparency and professionalism demonstrated by the staff regarding potential kitchen delays. However, any concern quickly dissipated as we leisurely enjoyed the flavorful crab fried rice appetizer, only to have our entrées arrive promptly thereafter. The timing of service was seamless and thoughtfully executed. The cuisine itself deserves significant recognition. Each dish reflected creativity, precision, and a clear passion for culinary craftsmanship. The chef successfully elevated traditional comfort food through inventive flavor profiles and careful presentation while still preserving the warmth and familiarity that define brunch dining at its finest. Every element of the meal was both satisfying and memorable. Compliments are certainly due to both the chef and ownership for cultivating a dining experience that excels not only in food quality, but also in atmosphere, hospitality, and operational excellence. It is rare to encounter a restaurant that balances efficiency, warmth, creativity, and cultural inclusivity so effectively. A gentle word of advice to future patrons: expect a lively crowd, particularly during peak hours. The restaurant attracts a wonderfully diverse clientele, a testament to its outstanding reputation and universally appealing comfort cuisine.   Ryan was absolutely phenomenal. Hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced. He knows the menu like the back of his hand, gave thoughtful recommendations, and his advice on what to order was spot‑on. His attentiveness was unmatched — present, proactive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had an amazing experience. He’s the kind of server any restaurant should model their training after. And the food? Phenomenal. I had the oxtail and grits paired with a peach Bellini — perfection. My husband ordered the blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs with cheese, chicken sausage, and grits, and everything was cooked beautifully. Every dish hit exactly how it was supposed to. Between the incredible service and the outstanding food, Just Brunch delivered. Ryan made the experience exceptional, and we’ll definitely be back.
