  The cashier was rude literally was on his phone in front of me and the other two workers were just on their phones laying on the counter, one lady just put the sub on the counter didn’t even hand it so I didn’t know if that was mine or not and when I asked for a bag the guy just pointed at the bag didn’t even offer to bag it. I’m seeing a lot of similar reviews I hope you are taking note of that because that is just unbelievable

  The girl was by herself and she showed no good customer service. She couldn’t answer my questions and didn’t help with the menu and put $2 worth of meat on a $20 sandwich. I had to bag my own sandwich as she dropped it on the counter and walked away. I will go to the other Jimmy John’s.

  3/19/2026 at 11:33am I went into Jimmy John’s suite 402 for lunch. Upon my arrival I was greeted by by a gentleman who was nice and took my order but there were two women who were very rude and lazy didn’t give eye contact and didn’t bag my food just handed me my sandwich and I had to either bag my own sandwich or not have a bag. The service was so poor and this is not the first time I have encountered the shorter women she always rude. I will no be returning to this location ever again. I rather drive 30 minutes aways to get better service.
