  You can never ever get someone on the phone for assistance or support at the local store. Orders are consistently late or wrong

  After eating cold sandwiches for 30 years, I accidentally got my roast beef and cheese sandwich heated up by ordering the toasted combo and it changed my whole life.

  Ordered delivery and lost my appetite when the driver showed up; hair disheveled, pants dirty and crinkled with one leg up, food on her shirt with holes, CRUST around her mouth and eyes. My bag was not secured. Then the sub.. sloppily made with too many condiments and not enough meat.
