  I live right across the street and absolutely am obsessed with Chipotle. I was so ecstatic once I found out that they were opening a new location so close to me. That is until I started becoming a regular customer here. I have had more than a handful of negative experiences. Today I am sitting here with my mobile order from Chipotle that does not have any utensils, I ordered regular tortilla chips and receive the chili lime that I did not order and there were no food labels on the bowls to distinguish one from another. I ordered via mobile order another time and they did not give me the entree to my kids meal. On a separate occasion they missed food from my mobile order. I think the most frustrating thing is that, yes we are all human and capable of mistakes but this can be fixed by a simple system which involves making sure that they double check the orders prior to giving to the customers. I also have to admit that the food does not have the same appeal as other locations. The seasoning is off and the steak is always chewy. I see a lot of the staff are younger I'm not sure if that is the issue or lack of training but I do hope that they get these issues corrected or we will have to drive farther away to get better quality food. Again, I love Chipotle but this location has been struggling since they open with these issues.

  This is my favorite location. Some of the kindest workers here. They also dont skimp out on the chicken. Will keep coming to this location only.

  Really like this Chipotle location. The staff is always friendly, the food is fresh and hot, and they’re pretty generous with the portions too. If you ask for a little extra, they’re always happy to add more without making it a big deal. I’ve been here almost three times in the last two weeks and haven’t had a bad experience yet. It’s become my go-to location, and the outdoor seating is definitely a plus. I’ll keep coming back!

  Ive tried going to this location since they opened, seems to always be short staffed and not enough prepared food. Today I waited a few min as only one employee serving/cashiering and was told they cant take the rice from the to-go station as the serving line was out. Chicken looked not so fresh along with barbacoa. I left and went to the other Chipotle in Duluth on PIB, 8 people working, fresh food and good service. Note to the white dude working at PHill and PIB, leave while you can, there is so much better out there. This NEW location is poorly run!

  We come to this location at least once or twice a week, since they opened a couple of months ago, and it was always a nice experience until today when I ordered my usual (steak quesadilla) and their response was “sorry but during our busy time we can’t prepare that unless is ordered online”…I looked behind me and as shown in the photo, my husband and I are the ONLY ones in line during their “busy” time, and as you can see the restaurant is empty! I asked to talk to the manager and the cashier lady comes to me and tells me that if I don’t order it online they can’t do it, I asked since when? And she has the audacity to say “since always”, funny enough I’ve had at least 5 quesadillas for lunch in this location since they opened and many more in other locations, and never had this problem. Another lady said it was only a Wednesdays to Fridays rule. I asked for the manager again and the cashier said “she is not going to talk to you as there’s nothing that can be done” while the manager was in the drive thru area listening to everything, but shockingly never had the decency to come out and check what was going on. The lack of customer service experience, the fact they couldn’t read the room and give a solution like “I will do it for you while you order ir online” or “we can do an exception today as the restaurant is empty and there is no one else waiting in line” or something is mind blowing. And this is the reason why restaurants decline, they can have a great product but if their employees are not trained properly and have some sort of common sense, clients don’t feel like coming back to deal with this stupid and unnecessary situations.
