  Ordered delivery and when I received the food there was multiple toppings missing. One of them being guac which I paid extra for. I guess whoever is back there making orders can’t read or just simply doesn’t care. Very disappointing when you’re excited for a meal and it’s a complete let down. Don’t order online from here.

  rude staff rude customer service. Would not at all recommend. The people making my food were some of the rudest customer service workers I have ever met and I work in customer service. You don’t have to be mean to people, especially when they’re not being anything but polite to you. Because of my experience, I will literally never go to chipotle again I am appalled. they didn’t even say hello when i walked in

  I waited in line for 10+ minutes and watched them restock all hot items, presumably. When it was our turn we were told there was no white rice. I asked if it was for the entire night and was told, "yes." Rice is the foundation at least 85% of your orders. Where is the communication? I could've saved 10 minutes of my life. Someone could've announced it when we entered, there could've been a sign on the door, or a simple apology at worst. Basic customer service is lacking. Also the entrance had rocks the size of bricks that you had to navigate through to park.

  Food was just okay. Crunchy taco shells weren't very crisp, like they'd been sitting a long time. The food just did not seem as fresh as it consistently is at other Chipotles we've been to, however. Some bins were just about empty and the 'cook' behind them did not seem to be making more, so topping options were somewhat limited or you got the last dregs in the corners of the pans ( the fajita veggies on one bowl we got and the corn salsa). So weird. This was just about 4pm, so you'd think theyd be getting ready for dinner rush, filling things. Staff seemed short handed, and were not very friendly. Perhaps they were just doing their best under their circumstances? We tried to order a quesadilla, but he said they "could not make a quesadilla unless it was first ordered online". This seemed crazy and just made no sense. Apparently something wasn't working that he said they need to make them. But why could they if you first ordered online. Again, made NO sense. Many tables were dirty and not wiped down, floor was dirty and drink station was all sticky where people had spilled the juices. Bathrooms need attention as well. It was not busy at all while we were there, so not sure why they weren't doing these things. It seemed like there were just 4 people working behind the counter there...that we saw at least. We would not return to this location.
