They’re busy messing around instead of serving the customers. Didn’t even want the food after standing in the line watching them having a full fledged conversation with a guy talking about his eye color literally 3 workers . Not one of them working. We left I’m done with these places and their young immature unreliable workers.

This location has had a variety of problems and inconsistencies for YEARS, from certain ingredients to utensils there’s always something wrong or missing. Don’t even get me started on the portion sizes, they completely underfill most of the time for beans chicken and other bowl related ingredients and are very inconsistent when you get a side of queso and it gets on my nerves every single time cause it’s mostly just this location. Had to drop this cause it’s been about 7 years now of having to deal with it, I only still go here cause it’s the closest location to me but i’m thinking of just never coming back to this one again due to customer treatment and dissatisfaction.

- BLBo LiuAug 26, 20261.0Was the best in the area now absolutely the worst. You now get about 70% filled bowl at best. Only 3-5 chunks of chicken breast if you don’t do double protein. If they run low on certain things they simply give you less instead of cooking or making for more. When you complain they pretend not to hear you. Service here went downhill over the last year or so. This is why their ratings have dropped from 5 stars to 2.9 stars. I’m avoiding 100% going forward after getting three bowls all with double protein filled at 75%ish. This is unacceptable.
