  I came here today, September 26, around lunchtime with my daughter to get some food to go. The woman serving the food gave me a very small portion, so I simply asked if she could add a little more. She responded, “So do you want double meat?” I wasn’t asking for double meat—I only asked for a little more because the original portion was unusually small. In the end, I paid extra for double meat. Compared to before, the portions seem to have gotten much smaller. It’s disappointing to pay the same price and receive such a small amount. I hope the portion sizes can be a little more reasonable in the future.

  I ordered a steak bowl for takeout and 50% of my bowl was rice with 5 pieces of steak thrown in. What a letdown. Order placed on 9/21/26 at 5:25 PM.

  I hate to do this bus I ordered drive thru and picked up. However my rice was completely hard. That let me know that this chipotle does not make anything fresh. Which is probably more prone to bacteria to make you sick. I called for a refund but they did not acknowledge it.

  Very frustrating experience at this Chipotle. I asked for Chili-Lime Chips and was told they were sold out, but when I got to checkout, I could clearly see plenty of bags available. When I asked about them, I was told they were reserved for online orders only. I’m sorry, but this makes absolutely no sense. If I’m already inside the restaurant, ready to pay, and I’m a Chipotle Rewards customer, why am I being told I have to pull out my phone, place an online order, and wait for it to process just to buy a bag of chips that is literally sitting behind the counter? I understand it only takes a few minutes, but it’s completely redundant when I’m already standing there ready to make a purchase. On top of that, the team member Yoselin was extremely unfriendly and rude. She was frowning the entire time and made absolutely no effort to be welcoming or helpful. I really hope management reviews this policy and the way customers are being treated. There was no reason this interaction needed to be this frustrating.

  Very often I have to eat my burrito with a fork and a knife once I get home because it’s a complete gamble if the person serving you can wrap it correctly , the meats look bland the service is meh, only go here because is close to me
