  This is one of favorite Chick-fil-A restaurants to visit. Located in an area that's easy to get to. They welcome me every time with a smile, they are patient, they help me with suggestions that makes sense, they are quick and efficient, I'm usually in and out the drive thru line in under 5 minutes. My food is always made right. They are on top of their game!

  Only thing is when I got up to the area to wait to walk up to cashier everyone was talking didn't notice that I was there to make an order, but I guess she was floor manager was on the phone helping someone, she was trying to get someone to take my order, yet still employees talking then this 1 girl stepped up and tried taking it. I think she was new and acted like she was nervous poor girl. I don't know what was going on but everyone was standing around talking even In the sit down eating area. I mean you have customers, please do your job. This is the store over by Emory Hospital near North Decatur Road.

  I had such a beautiful experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The atmosphere was already welcoming, clean, and full of kind people, but what truly stood out was Diana. Out of nowhere, she gave me a hug and simply wanted to spread love. That moment caught me off guard in the best way and honestly made my entire day. You never know what someone is going through, and her kindness was genuine and powerful. It’s rare to experience that level of care and warmth in a fast food setting. This location isn’t just about great service, it’s about people who lead with heart. Thank you, Diana, for reminding me that kindness still exists in such a real way. I’ll definitely be back.

  I placed an order online—a method I use frequently. While the service has generally been satisfactory up until now, that was not the case today. Although all the main dishes were included, none of the sauces I specifically requested were present; instead, the package contained only sauces I had *not* asked for. I do not believe this was merely a simple oversight on the part of the staff. Rather, I feel it amounts to a failure to properly review the customer's order—or, worse, a complete disregard for it. I believe that thorough staff training is urgently needed.
