  Waited around 30 minutes in line, mostly because the service was painfully slow. The rice and protein portions were miserable—especially for a $15 bowl. A staff member literally used a tiny sauce cup to measure out the braised beef, which felt bizarre and definitely bottlenecked the line. I ended up having to pile on extra toppings just to fill the bowl a little bit.

  The rumors are true. If you want a fully portioned bowl - you need to GD order in person. Delivery = dismal portions guaranteed. Sorry, we don't make the rules... My anecdote... I waited over an hour to get my UberEats Cava order and was very excited to get it after a long work day (and it's a Friday!) but the bowl I ordered was only halfway to the halfway "line" in the bowl - very similar to the other photos in these "bad" reviews. I was in shock. Imagine you pay $25 +tip on Uber (yes, I'm aware the tip goes to the driver), wait 1.5 hrs, and you get a cold, tiny little bowl of food. I felt like the angry flamey guy in Inside Out. I had to remember what they told me in anger management class... count to twenty...

  I visited CAVA with my family, and we all left feeling hungry. I understand that some customers ask for extra portions, but the standard portions we received were unbelievably small. The bowls weren’t even filled halfway to the line. Considering how much we paid, the portion sizes were very disappointing. It honestly felt like they were intentionally serving much smaller portions than expected. The food tasted good, but the value just isn’t there when you’re paying premium prices and still leaving hungry. Whoever is responsible for setting these portion sizes should be honest with themselves and ask: Would I actually feel full eating this? Is this really fair to customers paying these prices? CAVA really needs to review its portion sizes because this is simply not worth the money when customers leave hungry.

  I had such a great experience at CAVA! The restaurant was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was fast without making me feel rushed. The ingredients tasted fresh, and I loved being able to customize my bowl exactly how I wanted it. Every bite was flavorful, and the portions were generous. What really stood out was how welcoming everyone was and how carefully they prepared my order. It’s refreshing to find a place that consistently delivers great food and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend CAVA to anyone looking for a delicious, healthy meal!

  "This was my first time visiting Cava, and I went on Friday. I have to say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. The food was so delicious, and the cleanliness of the place was unmatched. The employees who welcomed me were beyond anything I’ve experienced at another restaurant. If I could, I would give them 10 stars, but of course, Google only allows 5. Special shoutout to Ali—he was working so amazingly, and I can’t wait to go back again and again!"
