This review has nothing to do with the staff or how quickly the service is or the quality of the food it's strictly because nobody wants to talk to this AI bot in the drive-thru. Stop being cheap and pay people like Chick-fil-A does to take your order. I will not be back to this location unless I hear otherwise about the drive-thru changing back to humans

But this location will still make the Bo bowls which is a fav of mine. At the drivethrough you have to ask for a person to order it. Overall the food is always good and the service is as well.

When I spoke to the manager on the phone, she was quite rude and just made excuses instead of apologizing and correcting their mess up. CO worker returned to get missing items and there were other people waiting inside for the exact same reason. Won't be back to this location. Staff seems lazy.
