- TTTSep 4, 20261.0First and last time patronizing this location all in one visit. I went for the new Biscoff items and off rip the communication at the drive thru was spotty. When I got to the window to pay, I thought I was the employee and the employee was the customer for a brief second, as I greeted him with a smile, repeated my order, and said thank you when he held out the card reader—while he looked at me straight-faced, no smile, and appeared annoyed that I repeated my order. He even condescendingly mocked me when I tried to politely confirm my order. To top off the experience, I was handed a bare, beige, watery milkshake in a plain cup with no cookie butter, no whip cream, and no Biscoff cookie for garnish. I asked where at least the cookie was for my $7 shake and I was told that it didn’t come with it—despite all of the milkshakes I saw online and even the picture at their drive thru all having one. Needless to say I won’t be returning. I’m tired of spending my time and hard earned money with people and places that don’t value customer experience, care and restaurant quality.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
