  It’s been a couple of times now that my order has arrived without a spoon or fork, so this time I called the restaurant just to make sure they included one. Instead of simply saying okay, the guy named moin started arguing that usually they have no spoons for online order.A customer ordering rice shouldn’t have to call every time just to ask for a spoon or fork. If lassi automatically comes with a straw, basic cutlery with rice should be common sense too.

  The food is absolutely delicious here but I’ve visited about 4 times now and it seems like the portions have gotten smaller this last visit that I had. My mango lassi was a little more than halfway filled and the Aaloo gosht seemed like a smaller portion as well. Still great flavor but the sizes use to be slightly bigger which was disappointing. Additionally the servers aren’t very attentive. I do to go orders so there isn’t much rapport to be made but the energy seems to be like they are a little inconvenienced by the interaction which is no good for me.The ladies seem to be more personable and engaging. Over all this place is a solid spot for middle eastern Pakistani food for sure you won’t be disappointed in the flavors.

  ​Title: Extremely unprofessional and disorganized service ​"I have never felt the need to write a review until my experience at Asma Cuisine. I arrived as an onsite customer and paid for my meal at the counter, only to have the server forget my order entirely. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told my order could not be fulfilled because the staff was busy with a large catering job. ​It was shocking to be told that my order was an inconvenience, especially while the counter staff continued to fulfill other to-go orders. Throughout this, the behavior from Asma was erratic, and the language used toward me was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is disappointing to be treated this way after paying for a service. I cannot recommend this establishment due to the lack of basic respect and organization. I used AI to filter my angry thoughts
