  I rarely leave reviews, but after two disappointing experiences at this restaurant, I felt it was important to share my feedback. Unfortunately, both visits were marked by issues with both the food and the service. During our most recent visit, our order was overlooked multiple times, resulting in an additional 48-minute wait despite the order being placed as an ASAP order. When the food was finally received, it did not accurately reflect what had been ordered, which has also been a recurring issue in my previous experience with the restaurant. Most concerning, however, was the level of customer service we experienced throughout both visits, which fell well below expectations. In nearly 30 years, I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review for a business, and I believe that reflects how disappointing these experiences were for us. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that improvements are made in the future, but based on our experiences, we will not be returning.

  Fountain drinks were flat! No ice in the fountain machine. Customer service wasn’t good! Food didn’t have any flavor and fries were soggy!

  We went on a Sunday afternoon and they were busy, but they were still fast getting us our food. Every thing was hot and fresh! We enjoyed it and will be going back!

  Save yourself the trouble and call American Deli instead. The food was disappointing, the sweet tea was so sweet it could have been poured on pancakes, and they forgot our side order entirely. To be clear, this was not the dasher's fault. For a new business trying to establish itself in a small town, this is not a good first impression.

  We were so excited for Wingstop to be in Dublin GA. We ordered and it was horrible. Not only did they forget some of our order, the sweet tea tastes like nasty syrup that makes you want to throw up. The ranch itself is watered down. Will not get food here again! Save yourself some time and money and order from somewhere else. The money is not worth the disappointment!
