  Moved three times bc the screen wasn't working or no one answered the button. Finally gave up and went to drive thru. Sat for over 13 min without adanving towards the drive thru speaker and gave up

  Drove 45 minutes to get footlocker because my husband been asking g for one for several weeks. We decided to go to one of tables to eat. My husband fell backwards off the bench he had gotten dizzy sitting down. There was a person on break she heard me yell. Turned looked at him laying on ground bleeding from his arm. Instead of helping us she turned around and started playing on her phone. There was a lady waiting on food she got our of her car thankfully and helped me get him up and asked them for wet paper towels and band aide. I want to thank for helping us she was a blessing to us. For the sonic worker well God sees all and he doesn't like ugly. I will not be going back t0 sonic in Dublin ga. I know one person not eating there will not effect them. Just a heads up dont expect to be helped if something happens to you on their property.

  During my mother & i’s visit on 8/21/26, the person who worked the window (LeAnn) was very rude and decided to argue with my mother about what she ordered. On top of that, she had a horrible attitude, forgot our straws, etc.. Customer service was a 0/10. I will not be back as long as she works there and I’m sure other customers feel the same. Very impatient & rude!

  So I ordered sonic to be delivered at about 9 pm. When my washer arrived at the drive thru, the manager stated that my order was picked up 2 hours prior. However I didn't make the order until after 9 and that was my very first order. My driver even tried to show the manager that my order was never picked up. So that there was a mistake on Sonics end. The manager refused to remake my order and was very rude and walked off from my dasher
