- KVKris VishwanathanSep 17, 20261.0This place is a joke, and it’s a shame that the franchise owner doesn’t staff the location properly. My team placed an online order for nearly $300 worth of pizzas for a lunch meeting. When one of my teammates arrived to pick it up, there was ONE young employee working—taking orders AND making the pizzas by himself. I actually felt bad for him because he was clearly put in an impossible situation. Our pickup time kept changing: first 11:15 a.m., then 11:30, then noon, and now it’s 12:15 p.m. and the pizzas are still in the oven. We planned our lunch meeting around this order, and having employees sitting around waiting more than an hour for food that was ordered ahead of time is ridiculous. For a nearly $300 order, this level of service and disregard for customers’ time is unacceptable. And frankly, I put the responsibility on the franchise owner—not the single employee who was left trying to run the entire place by himself. If you’re going to operate a restaurant, staff it appropriately. Customers shouldn’t have to pay the price for poor staffing and management decisions. Dublin has plenty of other places to order pizza. Based on this experience, I would strongly suggest ordering somewhere else.

- KSKarmen ShieldsJul 6, 20265.0Absolutely wonderful! The young woman who served us was clearly exhausted, but she was working so hard and it's genuinely so appreciated. The pizza we got was hot and delicious, and the brownies were as well! Just a huge thank you to the people that served us tonight, you guys are doing a great job!
