The bun was dry and hard, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The burger itself looked stale, the meat was overcooked and dry, and the taste was unpleasant. The pickles tasted as if they were spoiled, with a bad aftertaste. The sauce was also very different from usual — the ketchup was extremely sour, which completely ruined the taste. I don’t understand how this kind of food can be sold. Is this really acceptable in the United States? At the same time, I want to point out that I’ve eaten at your restaurants before, and it was always completely different: fresh, soft buns, juicy and well-cooked patties, and great sauce — food that makes you want more. What I received this time was disgusting. It was impossible to eat — I literally had to spit it out. This does not meet the quality standards you claim. Please pay attention to this issue and improve your freshness and quality control
