No employees seem like they want to work there. There's no communication with each other. There's very little communication to the customer.
Second time in the last six months trying. This place has only went downhill since opening. It's clear that there's not a whole lot of leadership or training that goes on at this establishment.

Osiah took my phone call and fixed my order that I messed up on-line. Made it super easy to pick up my order, met me with a smile and elbow-bump (was mixing up food in the back). Awesome service and would definitely recommend.

I drive trucks out here and I look for quality food. Every time I stop at this restaurant I am disappointed, and the quality of the food is never fresh every now and then you may have a cashier that has good mannerism, but other than that, the mannerism is not all of that at this restaurant and the food is just never fresh. I ordered a 12 piece wing today dry with two different flavors and the wings taste like they’ve been sitting up there for the longest I paid 15 $16 for this meal and I’m very disappointed. It’s bad enough. Truck drivers have to eat at these nasty restaurants unhealthy but then when you want something to eat, you have a taste for something it’s nasty. You waste your money I said before I wasn’t gonna stop there but after this 12 piece meal, I’m not gonna stop there again.
The food itself was delicious, but the customer service at this location was unacceptable. It was our first time trying Jack’s, and we were completely thrown off when our total for a simple meal ended up being $60. When we politely asked for clarification at the window, the employee raised her voice at us, saying she asked and we said single. We had said yes thinking that meant the single dinner box, not an entire bulk order. She then started yelling about us to her coworkers so loudly that we could hear her clearly even with the drive-thru window closed she rolled her eyes, and handed us our items in complete silence.
On top of that, my 3-piece chicken finger dinner box was supposed to come with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Because she rushed through changing our order without confirming the details, she just put us down for fries instead. Even after how we were treated, we still said "thank you, sorry, have a nice day" and were completely ignored. Having worked in fast food for years, I understand stress and difficult shifts, but treating polite, paying customers so rudely is never okay.
