- EDElla Dunagan4 days ago1.0The workers were super rude and there was terrible customer service. It took 30 minutes to get our food and drinks. And they got our order wrong.
- KWKayla WaldenSep 6, 20261.0EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Kayla was working the drive thru, and I pulled up and was told "order when ready. I said "okay." Then I looked through the menu for a minute and she came on again and told me to order when I was ready. I said I would, and then when I went to order she told me " one moment. I waited about 3 minutes in silence, and I ordered a coffee. Before I was done, she told me to pull around. I finished my coffee order and tried to order my kids donuts, and she interrupted AGAIN and said pull around. I said "I will when I am done. " She huffed Loudly and snorted. I ordered my husbands coffee, and there was silence through the speaker. I pulled to the window and sat for a few minutes AGAIN. She walked by the window and saw me, came up and said " you need to pull to the second window. I asked her name and left without any coffees. I am severely disappointed. I come here quite regularly and never have this level of disrespect.
- MDMadison DunlapAug 24, 20261.0We went here for breakfast I placed a mobile order the workers when we got there were rude and not very friendly I ordered a bagel which I did not get through the drive through I had to go inside and when i got my order from the window they handed out the window without looking and immediately closed the window and walked away without saying anything.then when we went inside to get our missing part of our order they didn’t say anything just pointed at another worker.and then the bagel was not even done right due to cream cheese only being on one side and the bagel being harder then a rock.

- MMMadison MentoJul 16, 20261.0Went through and wasted my reward for a free coffee it was watered down I ask her if she could remake it and she did but it tasted worse than the first time so I walked out without saying anything. It’s not her fault, but yalll need to fix something, now i don’t have a free coffee and no coffee won’t I hope I don’t run into this issue again anyone would know that when you pour coffee and it looks like light brewed tea it won’t have flavor .
