  I placed an order for 3 different pizza at 8:01. At 8:53 my order was ready, but once I checked they didn't put the extra ingredients on two of my pizza. I asked for them to be made over? The young lady went and spoke with the manager, and she came back and said they would remake the two. I asked them to remake them all, I didn't want my other pizza sitting there. She went and spoke with an associate and asked them to remake them all. The associate Michael replied, and said HELL NO. I asked him what his name was so I could be sure? He lied and said his name was Jeff and was laughing like it was funny. I asked the other young guy what his name was and he lied and thought it was funny and said Jeff also. I told him I didn't find anything funny, when I'm paying for my food with my money. I spoke with the manager and told him I didn't want any of them fixing my food. If I'm paying for my food with my money, I want my food to be fixed the way I asked for it to be fixed. The customer service with those young boys were rude, and childish. My husband and I already had to wait almost a hour, and had to wait again for almost 30 mins (9:20) for the remake to be done. We always come to Domino's when we want pizza. I’ve called and asked for the Store Manager to call me, and even emailed the customer service team and they said they would forwarded my concern to the Store Manager and I still haven’t heard anything back.

  This location has terrible service. I called my order in. When I arrived on time, I still had to wait another 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me. They were not busy I was the only one in there.

  This location wont deliver to me over an order cancellation from nearly 10 years ago and its not offered on doordash either. The associate on the phone was friendly but unable to help. I cant be the only person this has happened to and it cant be good for business either. Love dominoes but their systems need to be updated.

  Made a large order 180.00 dollars or so on Christmas eve and I didn't notice until later that he put in his phone number to receive the points for my order. Never asked for my number and this was in the store not on the phone.
