  This food is terrible my Order was delivered so wrong this is my second and last time eating here. My food was cold not cooked as I ordered and I got the wrong food missing my drink it was just a bad experience never again. Then the phone not working to call and talk with someone it’s not ringing at all.

  Heading from a baseball field with my kiddo and we wanted to find somewhere to eat. We are not from the area so we found this restaurant on maps. Thought we would give it a try. WOW! Not disappointed at all. The young man at the counter treated us with most pleasant demeanor and welcoming smile. He helped us decide our order. The young man g man who was the “chef” behind the scenes was amazing. I love extra crispy flats and he said “I got you”. Yes he did. It was PERFECT. The wedges were perfect! The fried corn- amazing!! Everything was PERFECT!! Thank you Spice Wings for a great meal and a great experience!!! ❤️

  I really wanted to like this place. I saw it on Facebook and the food looked amazing. My first time was very disappointing .The only thing good was the service. The staff was friendly and patient during the ordering process. The food on the other hand made me not want to return. I ordered lemon pepper wet. The lemon pepper wings were hard and overly crispy with no lemon pepper flavor. The the "wet" was not a sauce but just a puddle of straight grease with no flavor. The tender was the same burnt and too crispy. The fried oreos were burnt and tasted like they were cooked in the same batter and grease as the chicken. Either they were all cooked together in the same grease for a long time or they refried some previously cooked food and fried it again to make it hot. Either way I could not eat any of it and it was a waste of money. The service is great but the food is not. Save your money and go to Touchdown or WNB wings. I had high hoped for this place. They have a great menu and staff but the wrong chef if they want repeat customers.

  I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I have businesses out here in Douglasville and you always want to give a good service So I called to tell them but their phone was saying the call couldn’t be completed as dialed. So now I got to let the people know about you. First of all, I went there a couple of days before and swiped my card that had plenty of money on it and it was declined 6 times. Then MY WIFE swiped her card a few times and it declined the card just to find out the next day that the money actually came out of her account. So a couple of days later she went back and instead of getting her money back, she bought two meals. The chicken and waffles which the waffles was hard as a damn rock then we ordered wings that was hard as a rock as well and the french fries were soggy and uncooked. And the chicken barely had flavor. I saw somebody talking about this place on TikTok, but I am not impressed. I don’t know what he was eating but what we ate was terrible. The fruit punch didn’t even have any flavor. Smh Like I said, I didn’t wanna get on here and spoil it for them, but never again. I was trying to see how I could leave the picture of the food, but try it at your own risk. I’m going back to the Chicken Factory.

  I visited Spice Wing Douglasville on a Thursday evening after seeing an ad on Instagram for their wings offering a ten piece combo with fries and a drink for $10.99 plus tax. I called to verify if the pricing I saw on the ad was still relevant since the price was kind of low and the person who answered was so friendly and confirmed that it was a special they offer daily. The Douglasville location is in the plaza with Bruster's Ice Cream & Golden Krust. I honestly never noticed it when driving by the area, but you cannot miss it if you pull into the shared lot. Parking is a little bit tricky with the one way and smaller shared space, but we were able to find a spot. They have a large chicken (see picture) right outside. The inside was clean with a few chairs and tables to dine in. They recently remodeled and I believe they are under new management. Their restroom was clean. The cashier who took my order matched the voice I heard when I called in and he was just as friendly when we were placing our order. There was an overwhelming amount of options to choose from even down to side items, (i.e. fries, wedges, curly fries, etc.), and the cashier was helpful with suggestions so we could narrow it down. I also noticed they have chicken and waffles on the menu. I opted for the teriyaki wings with lemon pepper sprinkles with potato wedges and my son decided to order a chicken sandwich (tossed in a hot sauce) with curly fries and jalepeno ranch. Our combos included a can soda and my wing order included celery, carrots and ranch. Our food came out hot and fresh. My son loved his spicy sandwich & raved about it for weeks after our visit. The teriyaki wings had the perfect amount of sauce and lemon pepper. They were hands down some of the best teriyaki wings I've tried. The flavor truly shined through with a good level of soy sauce and sweetness and they did not overdo the lemon pepper either. They even reheated well the next day in the air fryer. Overall, I loved the experience and the food. Probably the best wings in the area and for a great price too. I would recommend giving them a try if you're in the area.
