Hopefully it gets clean-up one day. So for now I will travel to Hwy-5 to grab my pies.

- TTTammyJul 28, 20261.0The amount of flies inside the restaurant should have been my first sign to ask for a refund. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an online order. A customer service representative assisted me with placing my order online and adding an extra topping to my pizza. However, when I arrived, the manager questioned me repeatedly as if I had done something wrong instead of simply resolving the issue. Rather than taking ownership of the mistake and providing good customer service, I felt like I was being interrogated. The situation could have been handled professionally, but instead it became unnecessarily frustrating. The General Manager and Assistant Manager would both benefit from customer service retraining. Customers should be treated with respect and made to feel valued, especially when the issue was not their fault.
